This only means that failure to get a good night's sleep can cause the same unfavorable effects on the blood sugar as stress. Fortunately, insomnia can be remedied naturally in so many different ways.

Those who are diagnosed with diabetes or at risk of developing it one day are highly encouraged to eliminate excess body pounds. Being obese can in fact aggravate the disease. Similarly, it is one of the many different complications associated with diabetes. In order to drop unwanted weight safely and successfully, exercising regularly and eating healthily are important.
