A Discussion On Rwanda Education Assistance Project Board

Rwanda has had many issues concerning their education systems. The problems worsened after the country experienced the worst civil wars and genocide some years back. The experience led to the reduced development of many sectors including learning. That is the reason why there has been the introduction of a variety of programs with intentions of improving the sector. This has led to the initiation of Rwanda education Assistance Project board which has the mandate of coming up with ideas to improve its operations.

First, there has been an engagement of professionals who are well-known for their experiences. In the recruitment, the individuals are supposed to have adequate experience in all issues pertaining education and how it can be improved. They need to have engaged in other ways which have enabled several different systems to develop and be in a better position up to date. Therefore, giving some confirmation that they have the required competencies.

The experts need to have acquired the necessary training which equips them with essential capabilities in handling the sector. In this case, they ought to have learned issues regarding educations development and variety of systems which have enabled other improved countries to develop. Therefore, they should have acquired training to doctorate levels where it proves that they are professionals in handling the tasks.

A reputation of the professionals is another thing that enables them to prove their competences. This is determined by the quality of their contributions towards the improvement of the systems. For that reason, they need to have engaged in a variety of tasks before which has enhanced significant improvements over the years. Meaning that they have the abilities to spearhead any project and ensuring that the country benefits.

As the specialists proceed with their implementation, they are required to understand where the country has come from and where it is heading. They ought not to forget to educate their learners on great aspects and issues which have led to their current lives. Therefore, they should come up with curriculums which will help the learners understand how beneficial the introduced systems are to their development and for the advancement of the nation.

The language used in the curriculums developed should be readily understood by all involved persons. This means that the implementer have a mandate of ensuring that they have excellent communication skills in both conversing orally and in written form. More to that, they should ensure that they understand the language to use for every age of their learners to help all students acquire the intended knowledge.

The board comprises of professionals who have different levels of experiences and knowledge. They ought to come together and give contributions which aim at empowering the schooling in the country. In this case, they need to work as a team, taking into consideration each contribution. With such a spirit, they have high potentials of developing issues with excellent capabilities of improving the learning systems.

In conclusion, the government ought to take charge of all tasks to be engaged. Meaning, it has the power to enable the projects laid down to succeed. This is through making sure that it has funded all experts and ideas to help in allowing all issues to work as planned. More to that, it should follow up and motivate the participants.
