Facts You Should Know About Young Blood Therapy

By James Taylor

Movies and films are a great source of entertainment. However, for a while now, most supernatural films almost always include vampires. Vampirism is a theory that includes a being never aging and being immortal as long as they consume blood. Everyone would like such an experience, and this is why a young blood therapy project is under way.

The pioneer of this project is known as Peter Thiel. He has invested a lot of his million dollars in the startups for blood rejuvenation. He promises to be the first in line to try out this project once it is complete. He also encourages members of the society to take part in this project of finding a way to stop aging and death in the world.

Parabiosis, is the joining together of two circulatory systems one old and one young. This theory has been in existence for well over a hundred years. In the olden days scientists tried it out by opening up two rodents and sewing their circulatory systems together. It is not only for aging but for metabolism, cancer and even diabetes. With humans, it involves injecting the blood of a young person into the system of an old person.

You may be wondering how this young blood will prevent an older person from aging or how it makes them young again. Scientists believe that the cells in the young blood go one to rejuvenate the cells in the body of an older person. This theory has been tested as the blood of young rodents has been transfused into the bodies of older rodents.

How exactly does this rejuvenation work? It seems that the blood of these old rats is able to rejuvenate the cells of the organs in the body of the old rat. An experiment was carried out, and when observed, the older rat seems to be a lot stronger. The brain, the muscles, and heart seemed to have improved a great deal. The fur also appeared smoother and shinier.

A company by the name ambrosia based in California has actually started experiments on people. People of the age of 35 are to be injected with the blood of adults of 25 years and below. After the injection has been made they will be kept under observation for about two years at the end of which a conclusion will be reached.

As this project is underway, the scientists should consider the views and opinions of other people. These mainly affect the religious communities, Christian, Muslim among others. This may seem wrong to them at first like it would be messing with the plans of God and the balance of nature. But they may end up giving in in the long run as no one likes to grow old.

If the human experiments are successful, then Peter Thiels vampirism theory may become a reality. We may actually be looking at the option of immortality, and we will get to live those long adventurous lives like our favorite characters in the films.
