Do A Liver Flush At Home

Because of lifestyle problems like stress, late nights, over consumption food and too much alcohol intake, the liver is the organ that takes the fall all the time. Of course if one feels like his liver is already in bad shape, then it is best to cleanse it properly so that it can at the very least work better. In order to do this, the best way would be to do a proper liver flush.

Now when one would start, he should first do a little bit of fasting. Now fasting is one of the most important parts of this process as it would actually clean the body and make it ready to take in some nutrients. However, one should be cautioned that fasting is may be uncomfortable and sometimes a bit painful for those who are not used to it.

Now after a whole day of fasting, he will then create a mix of different citrus juices which he will take an hour before he sleeps. Now this juice must contain a half a cup of squeezed grapefruit, a fourth cup of orange juice, and also another fourth cup of lemon juice. He will be putting the juices in different cups before mixing them later. No one will also be preparing some olive oil which he will also drink later.

Now what should be done is that one should start taking this exactly an hour before sleeping. Now the hour before he takes his rest, he should take the citrus mix followed by the olive oil. He should drink one fourth of the cup of each drinks in fifteen minute intervals until the one hour is done.

Once the one hour is up, then one should go to sleep right away. He should sleep on his side because the citrus and the olive oil will be able to move through the body more easily in this position. Besides, scientifically sleeping in this position is better for the health than sleeping facing up anyway.

Now when one would wake up from his sleep, he will now prepare something new again. For the cleanse, he must have some sea salt ready at hand, a water jug, and some warm water. He should drink a mixture that contains four cups of warm water mixed with the sea salt the very minute that he wakes up.

Now he should restrict his diet to eating only leafy and green vegetables as well as broth. Now when he makes his vegetables, he must make sure they do not contain too much oil or spices. He should expect to have large bowel movements within the day containing the gallstones that are in his liver.

Now this is definitely one of the best ways to become healthier and to have a well functioning organ. Now the ones with livers that are in bad condition will definitely experience a little bit more discomfort than those who have livers with better condition. This is especially true for heavy drinkers and late sleepers.
